1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using our Slack-based alert and tracking services—including but not limited to restock notifications, in-store inventory checkers, payout estimators, and gold market tools—you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Services

Tremscol provides real-time alerts and tools to help users track inventory, price, and profitability for select retail products and precious metals via Slack bots.

Each feature is designed for informational purposes only, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or commercial success. The Service is provided for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household. During your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2.1 Network Notifications and Opt-Out Policy

Beginning October 14, 2025, Restock Bot Alerts includes a network notification system that enables near real-time monitoring of in-store product availability.

When you perform an in-store query, anonymized search results—if any—will trigger notifications delivered to other users within your search area.

By using the Service, you are automatically enrolled in this feature unless you choose to opt out.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment Terms

We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features, query limits, and pricing. Your subscription fee will depend on the tier you select at the time of enrollment. All subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled prior to your renewal date.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content included in or made available through the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and documents, is the exclusive property of Tremscol LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Services.
