Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before subscribing to or using any of the services provided by Tremscol LLC via Slack (collectively, the "Service").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using our Slack-based alert and tracking services—including but not limited to restock notifications, in-store inventory checkers, payout estimators, and gold market tools—you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Services
Tremscol provides real-time alerts and tools to help users track inventory, price, and profitability for select retail products and precious metals via Slack bots.
Key features include:
- Online Restock Alerts for select retail products
- In-Store Inventory Checker for warehouse stock availability
- Payout Bot for comparing buyer prices and margins
- Gold Price Alerts and Net Profit Estimators
Each feature is designed for informational purposes only, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or commercial success. The Service is provided for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household. During your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2.1 Network Notifications and Opt-Out Policy
Beginning October 14, 2025, Restock Bot Alerts includes a network notification system that enables near real-time monitoring of in-store product availability.
When you perform an in-store query, anonymized search results—if any—will trigger notifications delivered to other users within your search area.
By using the Service, you are automatically enrolled in this feature unless you choose to opt out.
Opting out means:
- Your queries will not contribute to alerts for other users.
- You will not receive alerts that are generated from other users’ queries.
Instructions on how to opt out can be found under the Bot’s help menu and in our documentation.
3. Subscription Plans & Payment Terms
We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features, query limits, and pricing. Your subscription fee will depend on the tier you select at the time of enrollment. All subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled prior to your renewal date.
Key Payment Terms:
- Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period
- Your subscription will continue and automatically renew until terminated
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard
- Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current paid-up term
- No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial months, unused days, feature interruptions, downgrades, or cancellations mid-cycle
- You authorize us to charge any payment method associated with your account if your primary payment method is declined or no longer available
- If a payment attempt fails, we may suspend your access until a valid payment method is provided
Price Changes:
- We reserve the right to update pricing or feature tiers at any time with at least 7 days' notice
- Price changes will not affect your current subscription cycle and will only apply to subscription periods commencing after the price change goes into effect
- Current subscribers may retain their original price as long as they remain continuously subscribed, at our discretion
4. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Share your subscription or Slack access with others
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written approval
- Publicly share results, dashboards, or proprietary information obtained from the Service
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to revoke access without refund for any abuse or suspicious activity.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content included in or made available through the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and documents, is the exclusive property of Tremscol LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Services.
6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
In-Store Checker Limitations
- Inventory reflects third-party retailer internal systems and may be delayed or inaccurate
- No stock quantities or in-store prices are shown
- Some states or warehouses may not return results due to retailer backend changes
- Results may be ephemeral and only visible to you across Slack devices
Online Restock Limitations
- Restocks may sell out within seconds; alerts do not guarantee item availability
- Limited to tracking a select list of SKUs, curated by Tremscol
- Users are responsible for configuring personal alerts for best results
General Service Disclaimers
- We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any information provided through the Service
- Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk
- We do not guarantee the availability of any products, deals, or profitable opportunities
- Due to the nature of our integrations, especially with third-party retailers and buyer APIs, service features may become disrupted or disabled
If a feature is blocked or discontinued:
- We will cancel future billing cycles if the feature is permanently impacted
- No refunds will be issued for the current month, even if the feature stops working mid-cycle
7. Financial and Investment Disclaimer
- The Service is not intended to provide financial, investment, or professional advice
- We make no representations about potential profits, returns, or investment outcomes
- You are solely responsible for your investment and purchasing decisions
- We are not responsible for any actions you take based on information provided through the Service
- Past performance or data does not guarantee future results
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use any automated means, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or connected systems
- Engage in any data mining, harvesting, scraping, or extraction methods
- Circumvent usage limits or bot protections
- Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or interfere with its proper functioning
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or discover the source code of any software
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
- Re-sell or redistribute data from the Service
9. User Obligations
You warrant and agree that:
- You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- All information you provide to us will be accurate and current
- You will not attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the Service
10. User Submissions
If you submit any feedback, suggestions, or other information to us regarding the Service:
- You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our services
- You warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant such license
- No compensation will be paid with respect to our use of your submissions
- We are under no obligation to post or use any submission you provide
11. Service Availability
We make every effort to keep the Service running reliably and without interruption. However, you understand and accept that:
- The Service may experience temporary interruptions due to technical issues, system maintenance, or factors beyond our control
- We do not guarantee any specific level of service availability, uptime, or uninterrupted access
- We are not liable for delays, missed notifications, or failures in delivery resulting from network issues, Slack outages, or platform dependencies
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability
- Performance and availability may vary depending on factors outside our control, such as your internet connection, device settings, or geographic location
12. Communication and Electronic Consent
By subscribing, you consent to receive Slack messages, email alerts, and notifications related to:
- Restocks or availability alerts
- Gold prices or buyer offers
- Account status and subscription changes
- Service updates and important notices
We will send you information relating to your account (e.g., payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or payment method, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.
You may manage notification preferences within Slack or cancel your subscription at any time.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- You abuse the system or attempt to scrape or overload bot traffic
- Your payment fails
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tremscol LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any losses incurred due to incorrect or delayed inventory data
- Missed restocks, mispriced items, or lost profits
- Service outages, Slack bugs, or API changes from third-party retailers or buyers
- Any reliance placed on notifications, messages, or alerts
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or cost of replacement services
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 6 months preceding the claim.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Posting the new Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Sending an email notification or Slack message for significant changes
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
16. Governing Law and Miscellaneous
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
